The location is marvellous and perfect, it's walking distance to a basilica and a cathedral

This hotel is a nice place for a trip in Florence. Its location near to the central station is excellent and unbeatable. Also, it is near to the conference center, the trainstation, and Florence.

Loved the location and the cozy room with a beautiful terrace! We were delighted to find a patio with roses and a palm tree, it felt like a hidden oasis in the city. The staff was extremely friendly, making us feel right at home. The breakfast area was cozy and filled with sunlight. I highly recommend this hotel for a pleasant stay in the heart of the city.

The hotel was great and really accomodating. We had my dog traveling with us and they are a great pet friendly hotel.

the staff was very friedly, the hotel very clean and the location excellent if you need to stay close to the station and Firenze Fiera. Also getting the center of the city was easy.

if you expect a good coffe for breakfast, the hotel is not the right place to have one...my room was big but dark because not very much light came from the window.

I didn't like that it does not have a elevator and is on a "second floor" (actually it looks like a third floor because of the many stairs) and the bathroom is very tiny and uncomfortable!

Our room was clean and enough space. Good access to Firenze smn station (only 5 min walk) and attractions in Florence. Staff was helpfull.

I recently stayed at Hotel Monica for a weekend getaway and I had a wonderful time. The Wi-Fi worked perfectly, contrary to what others have said. Our room opened up to a stunning patio adorned with beautiful flowers and plenty of seating options. The room itself was spacious and had an authentic Florentine style. It was impeccably clean and well-maintained. The breakfast, though not elaborate, offered a variety of options that differed from the typical Italian breakfast. The hotel's location near the train station was convenient, and the staff, especially Laura and Domenico, were friendly and helpful. Our triple room, though lacking a window, had a lovely terrace.

THe hotel is very clean and modern. THe staff is very helpful.THey spoke English, and helped book a concert for us. It was lovely having breakfast outside on the terrace. Everything worked well - towels and soap changed every day. We highly recommend this hotel!

THe only negative was that the lobby is on the second floor, and there is no elevator. The staff helped us with our bags.

The staff is amazing, very helpful and comfortable to be with. The breakfast was good and our room was great. The location is fantastic-about 5 minutes walk from the train station, close to great restaurants and close to all of the main sites. I highly recommend this hotel!

The people were pretty friendly and gentle, will exceed the expectations. My a twin room with an attached bathroom and the terrace, for example was good-sized. Booked it for me$ 79.

One minor issue that some guests experienced was with the wireless connection. Although the hotel has two routers, some guests reported low or no signal in certain areas of the hotel.

Very clean, good location, reasonable choice on the breakfast, nice sun terrace spacious room, bathroom had an outside window. Nice powerful shower, room cleaned every day.

Hard floors made it a bit noisy, Look out for yogurt tops being popped with a pin to hide the fact they had gone fizzy!

Greatly enjoyed the place, it was nice and quiet little and worked for me. Had a GREAT stay here.
